Dale Paul, President, is a nationally recognized technical programming specialist with over 25 years of success in a variety of industries including financial, government and private industry. He was one of the computer industries first Windows programmers and served as chief engineer at AIQ Systems winning 25 customer choice awards for the software he developed. His work is described as keenly advanced and proficient. He has exquisitely crafted programs using 20 years of Microsoft Windows API and OLE based programming knowledge. He has the proven ability to research, design, implement and support software systems of a complex nature. Additionally, Mr. Paul is a published professional in such publications as Dr. Dobbs Software Journal. A patent was awarded to Dale by Hughes Aircraft for "Neural Retina to Remove Sea Clutter from Digitized Radar Returns" and ANISYS, a Four Dimension, Real Time Animation Modeling Tool. Mr. Paul has received recognition for his work in the industry through awards from Hughes Aircraft Corporate for Superior Performance and the United States Navy Achievement Medal by the Secretary of the Navy.
As Mr. Paul became aware of the problems plaguing the waste industry, he focused his unique skills and experience on creating meaningful, permanent and ROI based solutions for haulers like you.
Dale is an avid skipper (trimeran being his number one choice of vessel), wild mustang whisper-er, motorcycle racing enthusiast and B movie buff.
Karin Paul, co-founder and Vice President of Operations of Reflective Software has an uncommonly strong background in customer development, relations and product quality monitoring. Karin worked at AIQ Systems and IQ Systems in the Reno area. Previously she worked in the procurement organization at Lockheed Martin. Her experience in customer requirements analysis software verification and test, defect tracking and bid and proposal development bring depth to various departments. Karin is a Microsoft Certified Professional and she attended the University of Nevada Reno. Karin is an expert horsewoman, dog, chicken and cat lover, skier, first mate, motorcycle racing participant, and all around mountain girl.
Michele Fisher, Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Michele joined Reflective with 30 years experience as: COO of Online Media and Omni Media Group, digital media agencies she owned with 3 partners, as VP of Business Development for 11 Weight Watchers franchises, and most recently marketing and sales consultant to a variety of industries. A University of Michigan grad, she is a horsewoman, dog lover, kayaker, hiker, skier, motorcyclist and child-advocate/volunteer.
Myke Myers, Lead Programmer, transplanted to Northern Nevada by way of New York City, Myke brings over a decade of experience in the highly demanding world of e-Commerce and rapid development consulting. An expert snowboarder and novice wine connoisseur, he has found a perfect balance of work and play in the Lake Tahoe region and Reflective Software.
Mark Blackburn, Sales Engineer and a business analyst who has specialized in relational databases for over 20 years. He has served world-class customers such as Boeing Aerospace, Hewlett-Packard, State of California, Monterey Bay Aquarium Research Institute and Sunkist Cooperative. Mark, who holds a Masters degree in Business Information Systems Management, worked as an intelligence analyst in Central America in a former career.
Christi Bozes, Office Manager. Christi worked in Silicon Valley for 15 years, as a Help Desk Technician, Network Operations Center Analyst, Database Administrator, Data Network Analyst, Technical Support Engineer, and Software Test Engineer for companies that included 3-Com and Nortel. Christi has a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems Management from the University of San Francisco. She applies her skills in Customer Service to support Reflectives customers, and her experience and education in Software Test Engineering contribute to Reflectives product quality. Christi is a voracious reader, active student, stand up comedienne and closet author.
